Westford is a city in Oregon along the coast of The Pacific Ocean. It is one of the three major cities in The Pacific Northwest, along with Seattle and Vancouver.

Westford was founded in 1850 by settlers on The Oregon Trail.

[edit] Culture

Westport has a rich culture. It has an art museum called The Westport Museum of Art. There is also The Westport Museum of Natural History, a science museum, and The Westport Zoo and Aquarium. There is a Number of theatres near 14th street. There is a Performing arts center between 10th and 9th avenues, and 23rd and 24th, where the Westport Symphony Orchestra, Westport Opera, and The Westport Ballet perform. There is a big park called Berkshire Park.

The main way of getting around is by car using the streets but it does have a subway, a light rail, and a bus system. It also has five commuter rail lines. All of the commuter lines terminate at The 3rd Street Station which also has service to Portland, Spokane, and Chicago. There is a bus terminal downtown. The main roads in the city are U.S. 101, U.S. 30, U.S. 26, Interstate 84 (west), and Interstate 584. There is an airport right outside of city limits right off of I-584.

PATH is an Underground city which contain many stores, 5 Subway Stations, 3 light rail stops, a commuter rail stop, and a Regional Bus Terminal,

There is a Triple-A Baseball Team, The Westport Razors, who play in Razor Stadium. And there is a USL Division 1 Soccer team, The Westport Pacifics, Who play in Pacific Stadium.
