Bernadette Rice is a fictional character from the Left Behind book series.

Bernadette is a Global Community news reporter who, upon covering Chaim Rosenzweig (now calling himself Micah) during his standoff with GC Supreme Potentate and Antichrist Nicolae Carpathia in Jerusalem, decided to not take the Mark of the Beast when she saw that Community forces had no power over Rosenzweig. She fled to Petra and in the coming months after the GC tried to bomb it and kill all the believers inside. She finally came to Jesus Christ and repented of her sins.
