Berita Harian

Berita Harian (English: Daily News) is a major Malay language newspaper in Malaysia. Its Sunday Edition is called Berita Mingguan. It was launched on 1 July 1957, the same year Malaysia received its independence.
Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) from 1 July 2004 to 30 June 2005 put its circulation at 231,163. While its sister newspaper, Berita Minggu is 358,054.
Berita Harian is also the name of an unrelated Malay language newspaper in Singapore. It costs S$0.50. This Singaporean edition of Berita Harian has just changed formatting and cover page.
