Bereskin & Parr LLP is a Canadian law firm, founded in 1965, which specializes in all forms of intellectual property law. The firm consists of 65 lawyers, patent and trade-mark agents and has offices in Toronto, Montreal, Kitchener and Mississauga.

In 2006, Bereskin & Parr was ranked as the “market benchmark” for intellectual property law in Toronto according Lexpert.ca's "2006 Who's Who in Canadian Law Firms."[1]
