Hi, are you yourself the photographer of Image:Asopa2004.jpg? If so, could you please change the tag that's on it to {{GFDL-self}} or some other image copyright tag that gives it a free license? At the moment, it's tagged for deletion (it's actually been deletable since December 31), but if you're the photographer then there's no reason it should be deleted. Also, I did delete Image:Asopa.jpeg since it was exactly the same picture at a smaller size. It isn't necessary to upload different sizes of the same image, since you can use extended image syntax to adjust the size the image displays with. —Angr 06:46, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

Okay, I changed it to GFDL for you. Changing a tag is easy, though; just go to Image:Asopa2004.jpg, click on "edit" and replace the existing tag with the one you like. So for example, if you want to license the image under both the GFDL and a Creative Commons License, just replace {{GFDL-user|Benelong}} with {{self2|GFDL|CC-BY-SA-2.5}} (or whichever other CC license you like). Or if you want to release all rights to it altogether, replace {{GFDL-user|Benelong}} with {{PD-self}}. —Angr 10:20, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:ASOPAcrest.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
