[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Rio de emocion.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Rio de emocion.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Cars unable to acend a slope image
Hey, I took that picture. Heres some more info on it: The road hadn't been plowed and afer a bunch of cars drove on it overnight, all the sluch they packed down turned into ice. (that grey stuff on the road) Yes they sell snow tires here, but about 5 in 1 million cars have them, and those are the cars people use to go offroading in. What was really needed are studded snow tires, but I don't think they are legal in VA. Now, in Northern Virginia, a lot of the drivers are new, and inexperienced, and have never driven in snow. Additionaly, for some reason there is a general consensus that if you are a soccer mom driving a minivan or SUV way too fast for conditions in order to get your kids to school on time, or in a frantic rush to the nearest supermarket to load up on bread, milk, and toilet paper, then you can go as fast as you want and do fine. Note the minivan in the middle of the picture spinning around. Another thing is, people go "I have four wheel drive, so i can go fast on snow and ice, no problem".
