[edit] Homosexuality
I think at least a mention of Cruz's homosexuality is in order; according to article he came out in '95 and is/was the nation's only openly gay supreme court justice. Just a thought. I would add it in, but I am unsure as to where because this article is quite messy. --Douglas Whitaker 20:54, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
