Is there a reason why I cannot add a section of retired persons, or should I add the persons in question, making them notable? then add the article?--Trickse 21:20, 24 May 2006 (UTC)

teachers are not notable in and of themselves. Please see our guildeline at WP:BIO. If they have a major accomplishment beyond being teachers, then sure, create articles for them, but if they're just high school teachers, they're going to get deleted under the provisos at WP:CSD.
