Well, at least this page isn't a stub anymore. It is, however, rife with POV adjectives and the format leaves a bit to be desired. I've cleared up some simple style problems and tagged it for wikification and for POV editing. Powers 01:55, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Close but no cigar

...And I just gutted it, totally rewrote most of it (removing most of the arse-licking) and tried to put a article out there which measures up to the importance of the guy while keeping objective. Now, I'm a fan, but the article as was, was god-awful. And I'm not even done yet - I haven't seriously touched his record releases yet (including Styles and some of the bigger remixes). Let me do a little bit more research and I'll finish this off later. By the way, if anyone knows who the copyright to that first picture on http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?what=A&obid=34074 is, let me know and let's see if we can include it as a Liebrand image. [edit] Edited the Veronica part..

Ben Liebrand had his first broadcast at Veronica at April first 1983 with an in the mix show (got the recording including the introduction by Erik de Zwart and Ben Liebrand) which resulted in the minimix in 1984. So he wasn't hired for the 'minimix' to result in In The mix, but just the other way around. ;) Furthermore, great wiki!
