Theme song voice talent
I was wondering who sings the theme song for Ben 10? It's Musicaly like Puffy Ami Yumi, but sounds like it was sung by someone else. - Talen Soti 05:51, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
- Credits don't say. They only list Andy Sturmer as the writer. In fact, no matter how much I search, I can't find any information on the singers. - Someguy0830 09:32, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
- Personally, I think the song sounds like its sung by Cree Summer - UltimatePyro 01:24, 21 January 2006 (UTC)
- It cold be that the actresses from the show sing it, one of the voices sounds like Tara Strong. - Talen Soti 03:49, 21 January 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, the singer does sound like Tara, but I guess we'll wait until they identify who it is. - Arukun14 07:39, 22 January 2006 (UTC)
- Pretty sure the voice is digitally altered/sped up like Alvin and the Chipmunks, though less extreme.
- It's sung by Moxy, as noted in the first paragraph.
- Check out Myspace or Moxy Music for information on the voice talent for the theme song.

Theme song lyrics
Have the lyrics been released to Public domain, or GFDL? Including them may be a copyright problem (see WP:Copyrights for policy). Anyone know if the work is under copyright? --Hansnesse 04:52, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, lyrics are copyrighted. I have removed them from the article. User:Zoe|(talk) 04:55, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
- Copyrighted? Darn! PinkDeoxys 12:33, 13 March 2006 (UTC)
Its sung by Moxy. Never heard of her.
Master Control
In the episode with vigilax and kevin, ben rapidly transforms, and talks about the master control of the omnitrix. Should it be included?
- Already on the main article. --May the Edit be with you, always. (T-borg) (drop me a line) 22:12, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
Screenshots
Finally! Screenshots! I was gonna add them myself, but I can see someguy0830 did already. They are copyrighted, but should fall under the fair use of copyrighted material, since they are in low quality JPEG format. It is also used for information and to promote the show anyway. Arukun14 07:29, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
- The licences on each one are clearly and accurately marked and the source properly documented. The other three will show up when they give the last three transformation sequences. As for the quality, blame the sequences. Had I used random images they'd look a lot better. Having those specific images just seemed appropriate. - Someguy0830 07:44, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, the screenshots of the aliens with the transformation sequences are most appropriate for a screenshot. I was going to add the pictures when I acquired all the sequences, but I'm just too busy from school work and whatnot. Anyway, thanks again! You're a great help to us! Arukun14 07:59, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
- I added the other three aliens. They can be replaced by the transformation-sequence versions once they are shown. - Someguy0830 01:59, 1 February 2006 (UTC)
Images
All right. I guess I agree with you someguy0830. It does look funny with the huge empty gap though. Oh well. Maybe it's my resolution. Arukun14 05:38, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
- I run my resolution at 1024 X 768. The images fit fine that way. I prefer to keep images at one side of an article. It keeps the paragraphs from being crushed or bouncing to the left and right. - Someguy0830 05:54, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
Oh. No wonder. My resolution is 1280 X 1024. Anyway, I fixed the stacked images. The gap is no longer visible. This format should be agreeable, otherwise, revert back. Arukun14 05:57, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
- OK. Looks good. Thanks someguy0830. Arukun14 06:12, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
Ripjaw or Ripjaws?
Do you think we should change the name to Ripjaws? Or should we leave it for now? Arukun14 06:16, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
- Go by the Ben 10 official site naming conventions. The show has a tendacy to break apart the compound names. - Someguy0830 06:19, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
All right. No changes on his name then. Arukun14 06:21, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
-
- This article doesn't describe it, but what are Ripjaws anyways? 69.124.143.230 20:34, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
Sixsix Information
Wow. Six, Six, Six. Erily Ironic. Anyway, I Editted Sixsix's information slightly so that it Matches the facts and uses proper grammar. Can anyone explain why my edit was Reverted? - Ace Class Shadow (Talk) 02:45, 9 February 2006 (UTC)
- The second part was reverted because both hunters understand him. The first part I just forgot to put back. It's fixed. - Someguy0830 (Talk) 02:50, 9 February 2006 (UTC)
New article
All of the secondary and upcoming characters have been moved to a separate article to lower the size of the main one. Still 2 kb more than recommended. - Someguy0830 (Talk) 05:40, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
- The article size is 33 KB (approx) total. I don't think one kilobyte would hurt anyone. Arukun14 08:08, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
- It was 7 or 8 when I fixed it. A slight overage is fine. - Someguy0830 (Talk) 08:09, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
"The watch?"
It should be noted that whilst the omnitrix has be called by its proper name, Ben and max still, almost insistly, refer to it as "The watch" or "That thing". Can anyone give me just reason to remove this valid information from the article?
- It was moved, not removed. Check the trivia. - Someguy0830 (Talk) 02:57, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
New Fourarms weakness
In one new episode, it seems that Fourarms doesn't like to hurt girls. Should that be counted as a weakness?
- No. That's a matter of ethics that would count against every form. - Someguy0830 (Talk) 00:50, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
actually, not wildmutt because he can't see normally...
no he could only see outlines. though ya he could tell with the nose, mostly.
Order
Did anyone else notice that the episodes did not air in the order as listed on the main site? Is this just an error on the site or did they purposely change the order in which the episodes where aired?
It may be due to the similiarity of themes between Tourist Trap and Last Laugh. The order should return to normal after Last Laugh. Ace Class Shadow 03:37, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
Redesign of list of aliens
I have re-designed the list of aliens to look more organized. Arukun14 02:50, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
- I moved the pictures. Looks bad to have a large empty space on the right. They now sit in the description sections. - Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 04:22, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
OK. Looks nice. I guess 200px is too big for 1024 X 768 resolutions. - Arukun14 04:52, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
Can you change the logo
Still look for a better logo?
p.s.:Look on Google
- No. That's the show's logo. There is no "better" logo. Stop asking. - Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 21:10, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

Connection with "Dial H for Hero
I was wondering; the premise of this show seems remarkably similar to the comic book "Dial H for Hero". Is this a coincidence, or is there a connection?
The idea fo "H" is multiple super-hero identities for each sitaution. Ben 10 has these rules significantly smaller, as for only 10 instead of infinite. "H" is most liklely an inspiration. - Mishy DIshy
Ben 10 is essentially what Dial H would need to be like for television, limiting the character to a few recognizable superheroes/aliens with a little variation here and there. I love Dial H for Hero, and I'm a fan of the Man of Action creators, so it's nice to see Ben 10 on the air. --Chris Griswold 13:46, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
Plant Thing Voice Actor
Have they released who's doing the voice for the Unamed Plant form? If so, it should be listed.
- No, they haven't. The credits given were incorrect. No one will have the correct voice actor or the creatures official name until the episode is replayed. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 23:19, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
- The creatures name is wildvine
A variation on the pregnant Ranma problem, perhaps.
I know that they will never discuss this on the show (and I'll probably thought of as a troll), but if an alien's bone is broken, will it break Ben's bones? Same concept applied to Diamondhead's limbs, the timer expires before he can finish regrowing his limbs, what will happen?
he would probabl just revert to how he was before like his dna returns to the way it was before the transformation...oh i was also looking on tv.com and they said that ben 10 has been renwed for a 4th season which was apparently information told to them by meagan smith the voice of gwen isn't that great :D
yeah well Ben's Dna wouldn't change so he would have no broken bones and then if he changed back into the same alien it would be like it always would. A ingurey doesn't affect Dna.
Episode Titles
Did some of the Season 2 Episode names change? I thought I remembered one called the watches new alien or am I not remembering correctly? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.91.155.84 (talk • contribs) .
- Probably moved. The current titles are confirmed. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 23:31, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
there was but that was pushed back probaly or they got rid of it (not likley).
That episode was "the new alien on the watch". They renamed it "Camp Fear", since that's when Wildvine was introduced.
the krakken
in the list of the secondary characters where they explain the krakken, it is said that "The main differences between the Krakken and a plesiosaur are that it has two tentacle-like tongues, each with a "mouth" on the end, and large skin-flaps connecting its fore-legs to its body" granted this is not the only difference it shows but no one truely knows what a plesiosaur's tongue, mouth, and skin actually looked like felinoel 05:45, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Ray/boy
Can we leave the title alone until the episode airs, say, by removing ray/boy until definite proof surfaces...
Kidcorona 22:29, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
There is definite proof. Just check Cartoon Network's schedule and it will say Dr. Animo and the Mutant Ray. Squirepants101 22:32, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
Then why are people arguing over it? Kidcorona 22:33, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
How long?
How long can Ben be an alien
- it varies on how long the omnitrix feels like felinoel 23:01, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
isn't it ten minutes?
Broken Watch Pictures?
shouldn't there be pictures of the watch without the cover on from the newest episode dr. animo and the mutant ray? anyone have any?
Ripjaws
What is Ripjaws anyways? The article doesn't really have any info on Ripjaws. 69.124.143.230 04:32, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
maybe there's not much info because ripjaws is used only when ben needs to go underwater, which isn't very often, and usually ben accidently goes ripjaws(take the episode "truth", for instance).
Howell Wayneright
Could howell be a villain? though he kidnapped ben and all, he wasn't trying to kill ben, and in the end, he saved grey matter.
It is Anime-influenced.
Why did you remove the part that tells us that it is influenced by Anime? It is you know.
- How exactly? It carries no common mannerisms of anime. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 06:31, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
It is! Are YOU blind?!? It seems Anime-inspired to me.
- Are you blind? It carries no common mannerisms of anime. If that's the extent of your evidence, you've failed WP:V. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 07:25, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
Realy? Look at gwen and ben very carefully. I (at least) see their noses are drawn in a manner simular to either a Naruto character, an FLCL character or an Eureka Seven character.
- You're going to need to do better than that. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 14:55, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
Alright! This means war! Have you ever looked in the Anime-influenced animation section of wikipedia? You'll find it there. Also, it is more Anime-like than Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Boondocks (tv series), Fantastic Four (2006 TV series), Code Lyoko, Xiaolin Showdown, Shuriken School, Winx Club, W.I.T.C.H. (tv series), Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Kappa Mikey, Æon Flux, or even A.T.O.M. could ever hope to become. Also, Ben Ten is created by at least one of the creators that made The Teen Titans (Anime-influenced animation tv series), right?
- Not working. You're not proving anything. You're just pointing out random examples. Ben 10 is is not anime-influenced. Deal with it. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 16:18, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
Sorry, but i won't! It is Anime-inspired! IT IS ANIME-INSPIRED!!! I have seem many Animes that almost look like Ben Ten! If you think i'm wrong, go ask your friends if it is. if at least one of them says that it is influenced by Anime, then we will know once and for all if Ben Tem is truely Anime-inspired.
- Sorry, it's not. I watch a lot of anime. You're mistaken. Teen Titans is anime-influenced. This show is nowhere close. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 20:41, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
SHUT UP! SHUP !! SHUT UP!!! SHUT UP!!!!! Did you even ask your friends about their opinion?!? I don't care about yours! Unless you ask them or agree with me, i won't stop coming here to correct you!
- I go to school and look what happens. To the anon, your observations are original research. Original research (or what you "observe") DOES NOT belong here. And if you continue to change the fact, without citing some kind of statement (not your observations) you will be reverted. And if needed blocked. And watch your civility. - Oh yes, that'll convince others. Go somewhere else if you're going to let your fanboyish attitude take over. It's not anime influenced. The original character designer is an American artist. The show's producers are comic book writers. If anything, it's comic influenced. You will never prove your assertion that the show is anime influenced, because no proof to that effect exists. I suggest you drop it and stop cluttering the talk page with useless yelling. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 21:00, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
HEEEEYYY. You're right. it is comic influenced. i completely see what you mean. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 72.173.45.196 (talk • contribs).

I know, but i wouldn't do this if it wasn't an anime-related show. it just seemed like an anime-influenced show to me. Thats all. I mean no harm. I swear. Anyone could have been fooled. I know i was.
- I think that some of the confusion might be in the style of the animation. Gwen and Ben seem to have large eyes, perhaps slightly out of proportion to their face. This is a common techniques of anime which was developed to express more emotion on the faces of the characters.
- That might hint of anime influence or it could be a case of animation convergance evolution (Where two animals from different parts of the world have many similarities).
- However, while the anime influence might be dispute as it could be equally inspiration or chance of style, the comics influences are more common.
Oh, my name is Daniel Roberts (age 16), and i wanted to say that i am so sorry for yelling at you. I sometimes exaggerate when it comes to anime. I do not wish to be offensive. I just get things wrong sometimes. Oh, i'm also suffering under the effects of autism.
I see very little anime-influence in Ben 10. What I DO see is Jack Kirby influence. You have the Kirby Krackle in the logo and opening seen (that stuff in the middle of the 0 of Ben 10 is Kirby Krackle). The 'Plumbers' seem similiar to Kirby's Challengers of the Unknown. And many of the alien creatures seem to have come from Kirby's notebooks. Emb021 9/18/2006
I don't find it anime-influenced at all. Nor do I find half the stuff listed there anime-influenced (unless you're going for the "it's action/plot based, so it must be anime-influenced!" angle) You must remember the anime style originated from American animation. Disney and MGM cartoons did the whole "big eye" concept which Osamu Tezuka borrowed and did for his work. Just because a show has detailed or stylized character designs doesn't mean it's trying to be like anime. Now Teen Titans is anime-influenced, sure, because of all those wacky expressions and what not, but Ben 10 doesn't have any of those.Amibite 9/24/06]]]
Wildvine's Weakness
I wonder what Wildvine's weakness will be. Possably, anything that can kill a plant with ease (such as fire, weed killer, frost, etc) but he is an alien plant, so at least some of these weaknesses will not work. What do you think.
i thin blades, and ya fire..... and no co2 in the air for him to breath.
