Benton Township is one of the 12 townships that make up Ottawa County, Ohio. It is located in the western end of the county, and forms part of the boundary with Lucas County. Benton Township borders the following townships and municipalities:

Benton Township is also the location of the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and Crane Creek State Park.
