Bentley Park is a suburb of Cairns, Queensland, Australia, and is located approximately 9km south of the Cairns CBD (Central Business District) The suburb has an estimated population of 5340 people.
Bentley Park College is a coeducational state run school for students from pre-school to year 12. There are approximately 1800 students enrolled in the school. The preschool was opened in 1997 and the primary school in 1998. The middle school accepted year 8 students from 2000. At the beginning of 2004 the senior school classrooms were completed.
The school suffered minimal damage from Tropical Cyclone Larry, in March 2006. The cleanup efforts have started.
