Bentley, Suffolk

Bentley is a village and civil parish in the Babergh district of Suffolk, England, a few miles south-west of Ipswich. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 727.
Bentley has a Primary School and Church but no shops. There is also a pub "The Case is Altered" that also doubles up as a Post Office. The mainline Ipswich to London railway line passes through Bentley and many years ago there used to be a station there. Motorcycle Scrambles also used to be held there on farmland at the side of the Primary School. Large crowds used to gather to spectate.
