Benoît Jutras

Benoît Jutras is a Canadian composer known for his unique style of music, which usually includes erhus, bagpipes, and other exotic instruments. His most notable works are the music he writes for Cirque du Soleil, including "O", "Mystere", "Quidam", and "La Nouba". His most recent work is "Le Reve", a non-Cirque show at the Wynn Las Vegas casino and hotel in Las Vegas. He has composed also for film and television.

He has one daughter, who performed in "Quidam." (Audrey Brisson-Jutras) and a brother (Francois Jutras). His sister-in-law is Roxane Potvin, lead singer for the Cirque show "O".
