Benjamin Farrelly (born August 30, 1988) is an Irish Countertenor.

He studied Trombone and Piano at Chetham's School of Music from 1997 until 2006, taking up vocal studies with Martin Bussey in 2004, firstly as a Tenor (at which time he performed a solo at the televised Memorial Service of George Best) and later, after a strong falsetto was discovered, as a Countertenor.

In October 2006 he took up his place at St Catherine's College, Oxford reading Modern Languages and Linguistics. In December, only shortly after arriving, he was appointed Choral Director of St Catherine's College Choir.

He continues to sing Countertenor and is currently giving a series of performances of Pergolesi's Stabat Mater at various venues.
