Benjamin W. Adams (born March 31, 1890) was an American athlete who competed mainly in the standing jumps.
He competed for a United States in the 1912 Summer Olympics held in Stockholm, Sweden in the standing high jump where he won the silver medal. He also competed in the standing long jump where he won the bronze medal and in basebal tortament for Sweden.
