Bengt G:son Nordenskiöld (September 6, 1891 - January 28, 1983), was a General in the Swedish Air Force and chief of staff 1942-1954.
In 1910 Nordenskiöld started as a voluntary at Svea Livgarde, he later attended the Military Academy at Karlberg Castle. The 28th of january 1928 he was made a Captain at the general staff. During 1931 he went through air recognissance training at F5 Ljungbyhed, after that he went through pilot training. In 1936 Nordenskiöld started working in the recently created air staff under General Torsten Friis. He was made a Lieutenant General in and Chief of the Airforce in 1942. Nordenskiöld was the first Chief of the Airforce that had a pilot education. He was made a General in 1954.
