"Ben? Her?" is a two-part episode of the television situation comedy Will & Grace, technically the twenty-third and twenty-fourth, and final, episodes of season two.

Will has Grace and Ben over to dinner, in an attempt to make peace between them, only to be surprised when the two begin a relationship. Matters are further complicated when Will catches Ben with another woman. Frustrated and feeling betrayed, Will reaches breaking point and quits working for Ben...only to get a few surprises. And, elsewhere, Jack is stunned when he discovers Rosario in bed with a lover, and learns that she wants a divorce.
