Ben Hawes State Park is a park located just outside of Owensboro, Kentucky in Daviess County. The park encompasses 297 acres, and was named for a former mayor of Owensboro.[1]

[edit] Attractions

The park offers playground equipment, a basketball court, and a baseball field, but the highlight is a twenty-seven hole golf course. There is also a one-mile hiking trail.[2]
