Ben Hatfield

Bennett K. Hatfield (born 1956) is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Coal Group, Inc. (ICG), a position he has held since March 2005. He gained attention during the Sago Mine disaster in early January 2006. Hatfield holds a B.S. in mining engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
