I was in bellairs in 2003, and i would say at least 9 (not 6 students) got dengue. Also one professor, a secreatary, and a person who came to visit another student for 2 weeks got sick. I guess talk of dengue is bad for barbados, because it is bad for tourism, but the truth is it's better not to stay in Bellairs during the rainy season -- the place is swarming with moskitoes.
