Belthorn is a village near Blackburn in the United Kingdom. It is about half a kilometer away from the M65 junction 5 which runs from Burnley to Preston.

Belthorn has a primary school and a large playing field with a children's recreational park with swings etc.

The village has two pubs: the Dog Inn and the Pack Horse. They both serve hot food, the Pack Inn is Italian and the Dog Inn is traditional pub food.

The houses are mainly old weavers cottages with new developments planned.
