Belmont Public Library

The Belmont Public Library is the public library of Belmont, Massachusetts. It has an extensive collection of books, periodicals, audiobooks and videos available for loan to Minuteman Library Network cardholders. The library offers programs for people of all ages including book discussions, author visits, concerts, storytimes and sing-alongs.


History
The Library was established in 1868 by vote of Town Meeting. The collection consisted of 817 books housed in the old High School Building.
