[edit] Community Features

Belmont Greene has many features for the benefit of its residents. Belmont Station Elementary School of Loudoun County Public Schools, is located in the development and serves the Ashburn Farm community. Construction (as of January 2007) has begun on a large parcel of land that will be used for commercial interests, including a McDonalds establishment, a gas staion, and a shopping center with a grocery store as its anchor. Many residents of Belmont Green have opposed this commercial construction, despite the plans being many years old, available to the public, and the land already being zoned 'commercial'. A new extension of Trailside Park includes a walking path that connects to the W&OD trail and a drainage pond.

[edit] Location
