Belmont Courthouse State Historic Park is a Nevada state park in the Toquima Mountains of Nye County, Nevada. It is located in Belmont.
The area has no services.

The courthouse, open to the public, was purchased by Nye County for use as a courthouse in 1868.
The Courthouse was deeded to the Nevada State Parks in 1974.
