'Bellows Free Academy'(BFA), St. Albans is a secondary school (grades 9-12) in the small city of St. Albans, which lies in the northwestern county of Franklin in the State of Vermont (United States). There are approximately 1,300 students in attendance as of the 2005-2006 school year.[1] The Northwest Technical Center is adjacent to the high school, students can attend classes at the Tech Center for job experience as well as college credits.

The NWTC is a separate school which utilizes the BFA school building as it's location. THE Tech Center offers classes that are designed to build future careers. The NWTC is home to its own restaurant, The Hideaway, as well as a small car repair shop, a Tech Lab, and Video Recording Studio.
