The Belle Vue Aces are a highly successful British speedway team from Manchester in the north west of England. The team was based at Hyde road from 1928 to 1987, before returning to their 1928 birthplace at Kirkmanshulme Lane stadium where they continue to race now.[1] Throughout its history the team has produced five world Speedway World Champions.[2]. The most recent world champion,Jason Crump, also holds the track record of 57.8 seconds set in August, 2006.
