Belinda Chang (章緣; pinyin: Zhang Yuan) is a Taiwanese writer based in China. She has published three collections of short stories to the positive critical response of the two of the most important specialists in Chinese literature, Xia Zhiqing and Wang Dewei. She has also written a novel entitled Plague.
