Bel-Air Residence

Bel-Air is a luxury residential development located on the Southwest edge of Hong Kong island. The development is split in three phases, with phases 4 and 5 under construction. Phase 1 and 2 are referred to "Residence Bel-Air" and Phase 3 is referred as "Bel-Air on the Peak." Each phase features a clubhouse and 8 blocks that are up to about 48 floors tall. Floor 40 and upwards typically have the footprint of two flats combined into one, creating over 3200 square feet.
Block "4" is omitted in the enumeration for superstitious reasons.
Bel-Air residents are considered to be well-to-do.

The clubhouses of Bel-Air features a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, game room, gym, children's play room, resturaunt, and personal cinema. Each floor of the "Residence Bel-Air" has two flats with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and a balcony. Additionally there are single family homes near "Residence Bel-Air".
Broadband is available from both PCCW and the local cable provider.

The club runs a shuttle between the site and Shun Tak Centre. The shuttle typically runs every 30 minutes during commuting hours.
