Bekkefaret

Bekkefaret is a township centrally located 3 kilometres outside the center of Norway’s 4th largest city Stavanger. This part of the city is the location of the hospital, and Kyststamveien, the route from Trondheim to Aalborg, Denmark runs through here. There are two schools in Bekkefaret (Auglend and Ullandhaug), and both footballclubs SK Jarl and Stavanger IF are vital parts of the local community. This part of the city is also famous for its’ nature reserves Mosvannet, Vaalandsskogen and Ullandhaugskogen. Bekkefaret is not known to be one of the best cityparts , because it has a lot of gangs , and there is much robberies, dealing of drugs and other bad things, but the citizens is used to it and dosen't care.

Tourists wanting to take their vacations in Bekkefaret can spend the night at Mosvangen Camping, lakeside Mosvannet.
