Beit Jann is a Druze village on top of Mt. Meron, in Northern Israel. The village is situated at the highest point in Israel (940 meters above sea level), and has a population of approximately 10,000.

In July 2004 two young men from Beit Jann were seriously injured in a hunting accident, by 2 other residents of Beit Jann, who were off-duty soldiers hunting illegally with their army-issued weapons.[1]

Beit Jann was one of settlements hit by Katyusha rockets fired by Hezbollah on July 14, 2006 during the 2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict.
