Before the Devil Knows You're Dead is a film to star Oscar-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman and Ethan Hawke. The film will be directed by Sidney Lumet, as a comeback project.
Hoffman and Hawke play brothers, who reluctantly rob their parents' jewelry store for some hard earned cash which is desperately needed, but the attempt bears grievance on their father and emotional uproar for both brothers' lives.
It is due to be released in late 2007.
