Does anyone else find the catalog of high schools for Beaverton silly? Well I do -- & I'd like to remove this section. One can easily find more interesting things about Beaverton than its high schools -- for example, it's the home of the Open Source Development Labs.

And for the record, I am an alumnus of Sunset High School. -- llywrch 01:09, 21 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Surely they belong on the List of high schools in Beaverton, Oregon?207.189.98.44 01:10, 21 Nov 2003 (UTC)
Actually, probably here instead... List of schools in the United States.

Please look at city boundary maps that show city limits before including things "in Beaverton." As you should know, you cannot go by the street address, the USPS doe not make city boundaries. The address may say Aloha and its in Beaverton, or it may say Beaverton and it is in Hillsboro, etc. There is no part of Beaverton west of 185th, look at a map. However, part of Hillsboro is on the east side of 185th and has been since the 80s. The former Tanasbourne Mall, now Tanasbourne Towne Center is in Hillsboro. Where the Verizon building was, is in Beaverton. The Capitol Center and OHSU West Campus is in Hillsboro. Again, that is on the west side of 185th. Now, not everything west of 185th is Hillsboro. The further south you go the more it is unincoporated. Kind of like where Columbia Sportswear is located. Not only is it not in the Beaverton city limits, but there address (like most things north of 26) is 97229, which is a Portland zip code. So I have no idea why Beaverton thinks it is in Beaverton. Here is a map to help you out. Aboutmovies 02:06, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
