Beavers (Scouting) is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. This includes but is not limited to boy and girl organizations, WAGGGS and WOSM organizations as well as those not so affiliated, country and region-specific topics, and anything else related to Scouting. If you would like to participate, you can edit the article attached to this page, or visit the project page, where you can join the project and/or contribute to the discussion. |

- Merge Absolutely. There is not enough information to have two articles. Also, this page specifically doesn't even mention that it is part of the UK Scouting program. Scoutersig 16:30, 15 May 2006 (UTC) (Sorry; forgot to sign)
- It does'nt mention it is part of UK Scouting because it is'nt. This is the international page. Beaver Scouts is the UK page. That is why I do not favour a merge, as I explained on the other talk page. See below for why the debate is on both talk pages, not just one. --Bduke 22:47, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- Note both articles have a "merge" tag on them, when one should have a "mergeto" tag and the other a "mergefrom" tag to indicate which should be merged into which and which should then be a redirect. The result is that discussion is directed to different talk pages from the two "merge" tags, rather than just one talk page. Those who want a merge should suggest which is to be merged into the other and thus which is the redirect page. I am putting this message on both talk pages. --Bduke 22:47, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- There is clearly no consensus to merge so I have removed the tags. --Bduke 12:10, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
