Beaver Cove is a town in Piscataquis County, Maine, United States. The population was 91 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 84.3 km² (32.5 mi²). 82.1 km² (31.7 mi²) of it is land and 2.2 km² (0.9 mi²) of it (2.61%) is water.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 91 people, 46 households, and 28 families residing in the town. The population density was 1.1/km² (2.9/mi²). There were 224 housing units at an average density of 2.7/km² (7.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 100.00% White.

There were 46 households out of which 13.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.7% were married couples living together, 2.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 39.1% were non-families. 37.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.98 and the average family size was 2.57.

In the town the population was spread out with 13.2% under the age of 18, 3.3% from 18 to 24, 19.8% from 25 to 44, 41.8% from 45 to 64, and 22.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 54 years. For every 100 females there were 102.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.6 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $23,500, and the median income for a family was $25,417. Males had a median income of $16,250 versus $11,250 for females. The per capita income for the town was $11,751. There were 35.5% of families and 33.0% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 46.2% of those over 64.
