Beau Mirchoff (born William Beau Mirchoff on January 13, 1989) is a Canadian-American[1] actor. Born in Seattle, WA, to Bill and Kelly Mirchoff, he grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, on Vancouver Island, Canada. He has been a star football and basketball player while in high school.[2]

Mirchoff started acting in middle school and studied at Victoria's Screen Actor's Studio. He credits his younger sister, Raeanna, with getting him started in acting.[2] His first major role was playing a bully in a Hummer commercial directed by Scott Hicks. In 2006, he made his Hollywood film debut in Scary Movie 4. He is slated to appear in the 2007 release of In the Land of Women.[3]
