Tommy and Chuckie are watching Chuckie's pet Sea Monkeys, and when they see the exaggerated art of the smiling humanoid creatures on the box, they think the Sea Monkeys would be a lot happier if they went back to their "real home", the ocean. During a trip to the beach, the boys sneak the Sea Monkeys into a ice cooler and try to sneak them back to the ocean.
