Be'er Ya'akov (Hebrew: באר יעקב‎, Standard Hebrew: Bəʼer Yaʻaqov, also spelt Beer Ya'aqov) is a town (local council) in the Center District of Israel.

Its area is 12,000 dunams (12 km²), and its population is 9,100 (September 2005 estimate).

It was founded in 1907 by Jewish immigrants from Dagestan and granted the status of a local council in 1949.
