"Be-Bop-A-Lula" is a song released in 1956 by Gene Vincent and His Blue Caps. The song peaked at number seven on the US music chart, but its popularity steadily grew over the years, becoming something of a standard covered by artists such as The Beatles, David Cassidy, The Everly Brothers, Foghat, John Lennon and Carl Perkins.
