Bayble

Bayble (Gaelic Pabail) is a large village in Point (An Rubha), a region of the Isle of Lewis, and is near the town of Stornoway. It is split into Upper Bayble (Pabail Uarach) and Lower Bayble (Pabail Iarach), separated by a burn at the bottom of the valley. There are around 400 people living in Bayble.

In Upper Bayble, there is a community shop, Murdo's. There is also Bayble Bay (Bàgh Phabail), within which lies Bayble Island, which is actually two islands, but, from Upper Bayble anyway, it only looks like a single island.
