Carrie visits her friends Patience and Peter in the Hamptons, and Peter reveals a little too much to his houseguest. Miranda deems that being a lesbian is better than being single: to her law firm. Samantha has a night of fun with Charlotte's doorman. Charlotte dumps Sean ("the marrying guy" Carrie was originally set up with) because his china pattern was "American Classic" and hers is "French Country".
