Bay FM 99.3 is narrowcast FM radio station serving the Tomaree and Tilligerry Peninsulas of Port Stephens, NSW, Australia. The station's licence was granted on 29th April, 1998 and transmits from Gan Gan Hill, Nelson Bay.

The Station has a music format of “the music you know and remember” by and large focusing on 50s and 60s music.

Bay FM’s Announcers are: Breakfast: Reg Dowton. Mornings: Gary Newton. Afternoon: Graham Webb. Nights: Daryl Reader.

Bay FM 99.3 has been under the ownership and management of Geoff and Jean Brown since December 2001.
