Bay Colony Stadium is part of a complex which will also be home to a 10,000-square-foot convention center/banquet facility, , and a three-story, 10,000-square-foot office building.

The entire complex is to be built on 28.1 acres of land, located behind the Colony Place shopping plaza in Northwest Plymouth.
