I'm going to assume that it's a self-portrait, so you would add {{PD-self}}, {{GFDL-self}}, or a related licensing tag to the image page. If it somehow isn't a self-portrait, then you'd need to specify the copyright status of the image and make sure it was available under either a free license or fair use.
