The Charmed Ones are given their first Homeland Security case by Agent Murphy going through cold case files. Billie discovers a belt in one of the boxes and can't help but put it on. The belt gives Billie superpowers and her new power urges her to turn against men, and begins to affect all women around her as they do the same. A power-hungry female demon decides to use Billie to achieve female domination. Meanwhile, Piper and Leo search for a band to play at the club and sparks fly between Paige and her new charge's parole officer, Henry.

  • The magic belt is in reference to Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons.
  • Actress Jennifer Tung had previously appeared in the episode The Demon Who Came In from the Cold as the demon Klea who was part of the Brotherhood of the Thorn.
  • Piper, Phoebe and Paige were previously turned into superheroes in the episode Witches in Tights
  • When Paige says "What are we, Charlie's Witches? No." this is a reference to Charlie's Angels, a show created by Aaron Spelling, executive producer of Charmed.
