The Battle of Poljana was the last battle of World War II in Europe. It took place on May 15, 1945 at Poljana, near Prevalje and Slovenj Gradec in Slovenia [1]. It took place between the Wehrmacht(the Nazi German Army) and Yugoslav partisans.
