The Battle of Medvedjek (Slovene Bitka na/pri Medvedjeku) was a battle between the Territorial Defense of the Republic Slovenia (TORS) and the Yugoslav National Army (JLA) that took place in Medvedjek from 27 June to 1 July 1991 during the Ten-Day War.
The battle was directly connected to the previous Battle of Poganci and the latter Battle of Krakovski gozd, because all of the battles involved the same JLA unit - Self-propelled mechanized detachment of air defense. It was one of the most intense battles in the entire war.
