Batata harra

Batata harra is a Lebanese vegetable dish. It consists of potatoes, red peppers, coriander, chilli, and garlic which are all fried together in olive oil.


Batata harra is also an indian vegetable dish. In fact potatoes in Western India are known as Batata, and Harra means green in Hindi. Indian boil the potatoes, then saute it in oil with cumin seeds and curry leaves. Its then garnished with coriander.
