Nice article. I did a little wikification and copy-editing. You need to add more references and weblinks, but this is definitely more than a stub, so I took off the stub tag. I also don't think you need a clean-up tag. This article is neater than 75% of the articles in Wikipedia. If you want to put on a tag, I'd suggest the expand tag.
