Basil Dignam

Basil Dignam (b. 24 October 1905, Sheffield - d. 31 January 1979) was an English film and television actor. Primarily a character actor, he usually played supporting roles in over 80 films between 1951 and 1975.
Basil Dignam was married to actress Mona Washbourne.
His brother Mark Dignam was also an actor.
